Coca-cola without sugar, sugar-free chocolate, sugar-free bread, sugar-free sugar and we are all getting fatter and fatter . The goal was to make it easier for people to be on a diet. False. The goal was to make it easier for a man to go on a diet, to create a facade, a false image, the trend and of course to make some money. Something like putting a brand new expensive tires on an old car.
I've recently traded 2kg ( 4 pounds ) of venison for five bulbs and you couldn't imagine my joy because of the victory over the paper. Give me this to give you that. The world does not work like that, and valuable paper, in the form of infection, increases their number, more and more.
I’m not yelling, no, it’s just a pompous title like in “Men’s health” or “Woman or something like that”. You are not on a diet, you’re just in this trip and you are convincing yourself. No plan, nor the beginning or ending. Something like, listening only to Madonna until Djani starts singing.
Total amount of carbs for the day, minus season magic, plus the base which leaves whole – year carbs. It will take you less time to do all that than to read all of this. Note: this does not apply for cheat meals because that would mean fitting macros and we do not support that.
The things I can see personally and to feel it by myself, it is strange physiological blockade caused by the aim we want to reach. You start with diet, you don’t have any other interest more then the quantity of fat on your belly, everything is focused on that body part, you check obsessively, counting, re asking your self three times per day.
We've got sugar substitute, juice and whey in all possible flavors but it's not enough and now we have no carbs pancakes, all syrups and creams with 0 calories, chips and pasta. Pure attack on your weaknesses under “it's allowed” slogan. Is it, really?
You want to burn fat or some extra calories by doing something which is, because of the existence, genetically set to non-consumption? By activating the muscles which have been doing that the entire life? How about chewing more, maybe we lose weight? Enough joking..
Even though it sounds great, it's nothing more than periodization. If you used to do team sports you had probably come across this term; after a certain hard training period, there's a time to relax. Doesn't ring a bell? Didn't think so.
